To become a contestant with MISS VERMONT USA®, MISS VERMONT TEEN USA®, MISS NEW HAMPSHIRE USA®, or MISS NEW HAMPSHIRE TEEN USA® submit the information below with a recent photo. Your photo does not need to be professional. Please make sure the attached file is not over 3MB in size. If you do not have a digital version of your photo to upload, you can also submit it by post. To send by post, please email us for instructions. Your application will be reviewed by our selection committee, and you will be notified upon your acceptance.

We Invite You to Apply Today If You Are:
• A Female in the United States (Recognized Medically & Legally)
• Single (Never Married & Have Never Had a Child)
• A United States Citizen
• A Resident of the State you are competing in for at Least 3 Months Prior to the Competition
• Within the Age Requirements*

**To enter for Miss USA® State Competitions, you must be at least 18 and under 28 by December 31, 2019. To enter for Miss Teen USA® State Competitions, you must be at least 14 and under 19 by December 31, 2019.
